Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you," "User") and Outbound Dial LLC, a Washington limited liability company ("AgentSiteScore," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at agentsitescore.com and any related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing, using, or paying for the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service. The Service is intended for real estate professionals, brokerages, and related businesses. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Description of the Service

AgentSiteScore provides automated website audits that evaluate publicly available data about real estate agent websites, including but not limited to headline and bio content, online reviews, SEO visibility, AI search readiness, social media presence, and competitive positioning.

The Service produces scores, rankings, and recommendations based on automated analysis of public data sources. These outputs are automated estimates, not professional advice, and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or current. You acknowledge that:

4. Accounts and Access

You may access certain features without an account. Purchasing a Full Report or Pro subscription, or using Google Sign-In, creates an account. You are responsible for:

You may not share your account or allow others to use it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds

Pricing. The Full Report is currently $29 as a one-time purchase. The Pro plan is currently $99 per month. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change with notice.

Payment processing. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By paying, you agree to Stripe’s terms. We do not store your full payment card information.

Subscriptions. Pro subscriptions renew automatically every month at the then-current rate until canceled. You may cancel at any time through the customer portal; cancellation stops future renewals but does not generate a refund for the current billing period except as set forth below.

Refund policy. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Pro subscriptions. To request a refund within 30 days of your first Pro payment, email chris@agentsitescore.com. The Full Report is a digital deliverable and is non-refundable once delivered, except at our sole discretion.

Taxes. You are responsible for applicable taxes except for taxes on our net income.

Failed payments. If a payment fails, we may suspend Pro features until payment is resolved.

6. Third-Party Website Scanning

The Service allows you to scan agent websites, including websites belonging to third parties ("Third-Party Sites"). By initiating a scan of a Third-Party Site, you represent that:

AgentSiteScore’s scoring of Third-Party Sites is based on publicly available data and automated analysis. Scores reflect our methodology and are not statements of fact about the agent’s competence, character, or business practices.

7. Third-Party Data Sources

The Service references and displays data from third-party sources, including but not limited to Google, Zillow, Realtor.com, and Yelp. We do not control these sources. Data shown:

All trademarks, service marks, and trade names of third parties are the property of their respective owners. Reference to third-party marks does not imply endorsement.

8. Takedown and Correction Requests

If you are a real estate agent whose website has been scanned and you believe a report contains inaccurate information, you may request correction or removal by emailing chris@agentsitescore.com. Your request should include:

We will review requests in good faith and respond within a reasonable time. We reserve the right to decline requests that are frivolous, overbroad, or inconsistent with our methodology.

9. Acceptable Use

You represent that any content you share does not violate any law or the rights of any third party.

11. Intellectual Property
