Privacy Policy
AgentSiteScore ("we", "us", "our") is a service operated by Outbound Dial LLC, a Washington limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights. We keep this short and honest; we wrote it to be readable, not lawyered.
1. The Short Version
- We collect the minimum information needed to deliver scans, process payments, and send receipts.
- We don’t sell your data. Ever.
- We don’t use your data to train any AI model.
- When we use third-party services (Stripe, Google, Anthropic, etc.), we share only the minimum needed for them to do their job.
- You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.
2. Information We Collect
When you scan a website
- The URL you submit.
- Publicly available content from that URL (same data a search engine or visitor would see).
- Data from third-party public sources (Google Business profiles, Zillow agent profiles, Realtor.com listings, Yelp pages, Google search results) used to score the site.
When you create an account or purchase
- Your email address.
- Your name and profile photo, if you sign in with Google OAuth (we receive only what Google makes available to us — name, email, avatar).
- Payment information processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; Stripe handles that and returns us only a tokenized reference.
- A record of which tier you purchased and the timestamp.
Automatically
- Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and debugging.
- Analytics events via Google Analytics 4 (GA4). We use GA4 only to understand how the product is used in aggregate (page views, scan starts, checkout starts). We do not send personally identifiable information to Google.
- Session replays and heatmaps via Microsoft Clarity, used to diagnose usability issues. Clarity masks input field contents by default; we do not intentionally record sensitive personal information.
- Cookies used for: keeping you signed in, remembering paid entitlement, preserving your scan session.
3. How We Use Your Information
To:
- Run scans, generate reports, and personalize recommendations for you.
- Process payments and send receipts.
- Email you scan results, monthly rescan digests (Pro only), and important service notices.
- Respond to your support questions.
- Prevent abuse and secure the service.
- Improve the product in aggregate — e.g. "on average agents score 67/100" — without identifying individuals.
4. Third-Party Services We Share Data With
These are the services that touch your data, and exactly what they see:
- Stripe — processes payments. Receives your email, name, payment method, and the product you’re buying. Stripe Privacy Policy.
- Supabase — hosts our database. Stores your email, scan history, and payment records. Hosted in US data centers. Supabase Privacy Policy.
- Resend — delivers our transactional emails (receipts, digests). Receives your email address and the email content. Resend Privacy Policy.
- Anthropic (Claude) — powers AgentScoreAI recommendations. When you use AgentScoreAI, we send your scan data (which includes the public data we already collected from your site) to Claude to generate fixes. Anthropic does not train models on this data per their commercial terms.
- Google — OAuth login (optional), Google Places API for identity resolution, GA4 analytics. Google receives only the OAuth scopes we request and aggregate analytics events.
- Microsoft Clarity — session replays and heatmaps used to diagnose usability issues. Clarity receives page interactions (clicks, scrolls, mouse movement) and masks form input values by default. Microsoft Privacy Statement.
- Railway — our application hosting. Routes web traffic.
- ScraperAPI — used internally to fetch public web pages for scanning.
We do not share your data with any other parties for advertising, marketing, or resale.
5. How Long We Keep Your Data
- Scan results: Kept indefinitely while your account is active, so you can view historical scans. Deleted after 90 days of inactivity, or immediately on request.
- Payment records: Retained for 7 years for tax and accounting compliance.
- Account email: Kept while you have an active account. Deleted on request (subject to the payment-records retention above).
- Server logs: Rotated automatically after 30 days.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access — see what we have about you.
- Correction — fix inaccurate information.
- Deletion — delete your account and scan history (payment records retained per section 5).
- Portability — request a copy of your data in a standard format.
- Opt out of marketing emails — every non-transactional email has an unsubscribe link. Transactional emails (receipts, scan-completion notifications you triggered) don’t have opt-out because they’re directly tied to a service you requested.
California residents: you have additional rights under the CCPA (right to know, delete, and opt out of "sale" of personal information — we don’t sell personal information, so that last right is already satisfied by default). EU/UK residents: we act as the "data controller" for data we collect. In both cases, email us to exercise any right.
7. Security
We use HTTPS everywhere, store passwords only via OAuth providers (Google) who handle credentials, and follow standard security practices. No system is perfectly secure; if we ever have a breach that affects you, we’ll notify you promptly.
8. Children
AgentSiteScore is intended for real estate professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, email us and we’ll delete it.
9. Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies strictly for:
- Keeping you signed in (
ass_email). - Remembering paid entitlement (
ass_entitled,ass_pro,ass_paid). - Preserving your scan session (
ass_lead_emailin sessionStorage). - Google Analytics (GA4) — aggregate anonymous analytics only.
- Microsoft Clarity — session replays and heatmaps (form inputs masked by default).
You can block cookies in your browser; the free scan still works, but saved scans, paid entitlement, and sign-in will not persist.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. Material changes will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date. If the change meaningfully affects how we handle your existing data, we’ll email active customers.
